The 2002 Z4 is a 2-door, 2-passenger luxury sports coupe, or luxury convertible, available in 3 trims, ranging from the roadster 2.5i to the coupe 3.0i. Comparable vehicles in the marketplace to the 2002 Z3 include the Acura 3.2 CL, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and the Volvo C70. The Z4 replaces the outgoing Z3. The roadster 2.5i is equipped with a standard 2.5-liter, I6, 184-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 27-mpg on the highway.
